We are seeking an exceptional HR Business Partner to support European operations, providing first-class HR support, stakeholder management, and translating business objectives into practical HR solutions. This role requires a self-driven professional with strong communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities include:- Providing HR support to regional leaders and teams
- Consulting on PXT practices and policies
- Analyzing business data to improve performance and engagement
- Managing employee relations, performance, and development activities
- Supporting talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation decisions
- Advising on employment legislation and local HR practices
- Leading HR projects and initiatives

Basic qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Proven HR experience
- Fluent in English and either Polish or Romanian
- Knowledge of Polish/Romanian Labor Law
- Additional European labor law expertise
