This role is offered on a fixed term maternity cover basis (12 months+). Candidates must be available to commit to the full contract duration.
This is a maternity cover contract HR Business Partner role where you will support one of our specialist business units. The HRBP will provide strategic and operational HR support to drive performance, engagement and retention across the business. Location: Citywest Head Office, with hybrid working option. Reports to: Senior HR Business Partner. Contract: minimum 12 months' contract role.
ResponsibilitiesPartner with the BU leadership team to deliver the people strategy.
Manage the full employee life cycle from onboarding to exit.
Lead workforce and resource planning, ensuring future capability needs are met.
Support and coach managers on performance and probation management.
Develop and implement employee retention initiatives.
Lead and advise on disciplinary investigations and hearings.
Drive talent management and succession planning, ensuring action plans are in place.
Prepare and present HR updates, data and people metrics at board meetings.
Oversee the annual pay review process.
Provide day to day HR support and guidance across the business.
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
Strong experience in a HRBP or senior HR role
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong influencing, coaching and presentation skills
Resilient, confident and able to work in a dynamic and evolving environment
Experience of HR systems such as Advanced HR or similar
- Relevant third level qualification in HRM, Business or related field
- CIPD membership is an advantage but not essential
