HR Business Partner - Hybrid, Strategic People Leader

The R&A is seeking a Business Partner to collaborate with leaders and teams to deliver proactive people solutions aligned with the People Plan. You will support organisational effectiveness, engagement, talent development and business performance across the staff.

You will act as a trusted advisor on people matters, providing strategic insight and hands-on support through the full employee lifecycle, including change initiatives and workforce planning in a hybrid St Andrews environment.
