HR Business Partner - ER & Compliance (Hybrid Basildon)

Stonebridge Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders across a regulated mortgage and insurance network, focusing on employee relations, onboarding and policy development.

Based in Basildon with a hybrid pattern (3 days on site), you'll coach managers, ensure FCA and employment-law compliance, maintain governance, and partner with HR, Payroll and Recruitment to deliver high-quality HR services.
