We are currently partnering with a global organisation undergoing a majorHR and technology transformation programme.
Location:Dublin 2(Fully onsite)
Contract:11 months
Our client is looking for an experienced HRBusiness Analystto support the delivery of system and process improvements across HR and payroll operations.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to gather requirements, support project delivery, and ensure successful implementation of new processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
- Identify gaps between business needs and proposed technical solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support regional SMEs in aligning local processes with global standards.
- Assist with testing cycles, issue resolution, and stakeholder sign-off.
- Contribute to cutover planning and support go-live activities.
- Track project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support training preparation and post-implementation stabilisation.
- Proven experience working as aBusiness Analyston HR, technology, process transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders across business and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a project environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Experience withHR or payroll systems(e.g., ADP, GlobalView, Safeguard).
- Exposure toglobal payroll or multi-country HR processes.
- Experience working onglobal transformation programmes.
