We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Associate to join our HR Services team, providing high-quality support to employees, managers and candidates across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR administration or HR coordination experience who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service, managing multiple priorities and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

As a key member of the team, you will be the first point of contact for a wide range of HR enquiries, supporting the employee life cycle through accurate administration, effective use of HR systems and a proactive approach to problem solving.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing first-line HR support via telephone, email, HR systems and face-to-face interactions.
  • Processing HR transactions accurately and efficiently in line with agreed service levels.
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring HR systems are updated correctly and promptly.
  • Supporting managers and employees with HR processes and self-service technologies.
  • Producing accurate HR correspondence and documentation using approved templates.
  • Managing workload and case trackers to support service delivery and performance reporting.
  • Assisting with HR projects, initiatives and process improvement activities.
  • Supporting testing, maintenance and continuous enhancement of HR systems.
  • Ensuring all employee information is handled confidentially and in accordance with data protection requirements.
  • Building positive relationships with colleagues, managers and stakeholders across the business.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proven experience in an HR/administrative role.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience of Data entry.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

Desirable

  • Experience working within a shared services or HR operations environment.
  • Knowledge of HR processes across the employee life cycle.
  • Understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Experience supporting process improvement or systems-related initiatives.
