HR Associate - Recruitment, Onboarding & People Experience

Truro & Penwith College is seeking an experienced HR Associate to support colleagues across the College, delivering recruitment, onboarding and expert HR guidance to managers and staff.

You will play a key role in employee relations, maintain HR records, support wellbeing initiatives, and help shape HR policies and practices to ensure an exceptional employee experience across the organisation.
