We are looking for one of our clients, based in the Canton of Geneva, an HR Assistant 50% Specialist in Time Management (M/F). Your mission: Ensure the time management of on the SAP software. Monitor absenteeism and schedules in the LUCCA software. Manage team changes and shift plans (day/2x8/3x8/weekend). Manage hours to be paid for payroll establishment. Manage vacation contingents, jubilees, etc. Establish various HR reports. Support during the recruitment process. Write work contracts. Your profile: HR Assistant degree in personnel management or deemed equivalent. Previous experience of at least 5 years in Human Resources, ideally in an industrial environment. Specialist in time management. Very good knowledge of SAP HR required. Knowledge of Lucca software desired. Good writing skills and mastery of Windows tools. Sense of priorities, rigor, and precision. Team spirit and comfort in a strong solution environment with total respect for confidentiality. Position to be filled from May. Part-time position at 50%, every day from Monday to Friday.
