Responsibilities Ensure the management of personnel files (work, absences, sickness-accidents, etc.). Establish monthly salaries. Manage working hours using MCR Solutions. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices in resource management, with confirmed knowledge of Swiss labor law. Excellent skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Mastery of standard tools (MS Office, Crésus salary). Team spirit, discretion, and sense of confidentiality.
