Requirements for the successful HR Apprentice to include:

  • A strong, demonstrable interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanour.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude, with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • A commitment to the apprenticeship model, balancing four days of work with one dedicated study day per week.
  • Open to both school leavers (with strong GCSEs/A-Levels or equivalent) and graduates looking for an entry into HR.
