HR & People Development Partner

The National SPCA is seeking a proactive HR Manager to support the People Director with expert HR advice, employee relations, and development across locations in Ireland. The role includes travel to NSPCA sites to ensure consistent people practices and a strong employee experience.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, drive engagement, learning and development, and health and safety in partnership with senior leaders, ensuring compliant HR policies across the charity.
