HR & Payroll Operations Specialist (12 Month FTC)

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to join the busy People team in Lincoln on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will support recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, training compliance and employee records while contributing to HR system improvements.

You will coordinate onboarding/offboarding, respond to employee queries and help with payroll and training administration to support a smooth employee lifecycle.
