Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal workflows for lead generation, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and timely delivery of leads to the sales team.
  • Verify and clean prospect data from multiple sources to ensure quality and usability.
  • Schedule follow-up activities to maintain contact with prospects and prevent drop-off.
  • Assist in preparing reports on lead generation activity, response rates, and pipeline progression.
  • Manage inbound CVs and track candidates through the hiring process.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates regarding progress and outcomes.
  • Post job adverts to career boards and ensure listings remain up to date.
