Varistha is a dynamic software house with a 15-year heritage of technical innovation. Following the rapid success of our flagship SaaS platform, ClubSports365, which now supports over 200 UK sports clubs, we are expanding our UK-based operations. We are looking for a versatile HR & Operations Advisor to professionalize our personnel functions and support our next phase of growth.

The Role

This is a dual-impact role. You will be responsible for the end-to-end HR lifecycle for our UK and offshore India teams while providing critical operational support to ensure the seamless delivery of our sports management software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance & Documentation: Manage all UK employment contracts, Right to Work (RTW) documentation, and HR policy updates in line with 2026 UK labor standards.
  • Performance Management: Implement structured performance review cycles for both the UK team and our offshore India development team (6 personnel).
  • Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for conflict resolution, grievance procedures, and employee well-being.
  • Recruitment: Oversee the hiring process for new technical and commercial roles, from drafting job descriptions to managing candidate summaries and recruitment analytics.
2. International Operational Coordination
  • UK-India Bridge: Coordinate workflows and communication between the UK leadership and the India-based technical team (Developers, Designers, and PMs) to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Process Optimisation: Develop and refine internal operational procedures to improve efficiency between regional offices.
3. ClubSports365 Growth Support
  • Client Onboarding Support: Assist the commercial team in operational tasks related to onboarding new sports clubs to the platform.
  • Operational Scaling: Support the CEO in managing the administrative logistics behind our partnerships with national sports bodies.
  • Resource Planning: Analyze team capacity to ensure we have the necessary human resources to meet our target of 1,000+ clubs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an HR or Operational role, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and compliance.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience managing cross-cultural or remote teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage "A to Z" operational tasks for a growing business.
  • A proactive, "consultant" mindset-able to identify gaps and build systems from scratch.
