HR Analytics & Lifecycle Consultant

Zurich Life Assurance Ltd is seeking an HR Business Consultant for an 18 month fixed term contract. You will join the HR Business Partnering team to support the employee lifecycle, deliver HR projects, and drive people analytics and reporting across headcount, FTE, attrition and diversity.

In this role you will provide practical HR support to managers and employees, ensuring processes align with Zurich policies, while developing trackers and analyses to inform governance and decision making
