HR Analyst: Change & Systems (Hybrid, 12-month FTC)

Müller, a leading UK food business, is recruiting for an HR Business Analyst for a fixed term of 12 months at Market Drayton. The role is hybrid with 3 days on-site, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, and reports to the HR function.

You will bridge business needs with systems teams, driving process improvement and change across projects. You will gather requirements from SMEs, learn existing processes, and define future-state architectures.
