HR Advisor/Consultant - Limerick

Atrium EMEA is looking for an accomplished HR Advisor/Consultant to join the HR Team which supports offices across the UK, Ireland, Guernsey, Continental Europe, Middle East and Nordics, partnering closely with global HR and Talent Acquisition teams to deliver a consistent people strategy and service model. The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for recruitment across the EMEA region and partners with business leaders to identify, attract and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Onsite role 3 days a week, 2 days WFH. PAYE, umbrella or Irish Limited company options.

Essential:
* Proven experience managing both high-volume recruitment activity and specialist or senior-level hiring requirements.
* Demonstrated success developing diverse sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing and agency management.
* Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business objectives into effective hiring solutions.
* Ability to build credibility quickly, influence stakeholders and create strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
* Experience conducting competency-based interviews and assessing candidate suitability against technical and behavioural criteria.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver against deadlines and maintain data accuracy.
* Strong analytical capability with experience reviewing recruitment metrics and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
* Knowledge of relevant employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
* Prior recruitment experience is essential, ideally gained within an in-house talent acquisition environment.
* Experience recruiting within financial services or professional services environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused and collaborative approach. Commitment to inclusive and fair hiring practices.
