Job Description
HR Advisor needed for a large insurance firm in London. Remote with travel to London 2 x per month Support, coach, and challenge line management with people focused issues prioritising as appropriate, ensuring cases are managed to quality standards and timescales. Proactively handle employee relations issues. Assist and support with the onboarding of acquisitions. Provide support across several projects on the HR plan and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR procedures, including HR Systems, policies and practices. Assistance to Head of HR with aspects of change management ensuring change is planned, managed, and implemented in accordance with the business needs. Collaborate with HR Leadership team, to collate and analyse people related data to establish trends and propose resolutions to identified issues.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a HR Advisor role where you will have led on employee relations cases ideally in high volumes.
Workday experience is preferred.
