HR Advisor: Employee Relations Specialist (6-Month Contract)

Wates Smartspace is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide comprehensive HR advisory support across the full employee lifecycle in the Redditch area. You will advise managers on ER matters, coach HR colleagues, and lead HR projects including TUPE and organisational change.

The role requires strong policy knowledge and collaboration with external partners. You will handle complex ER cases, manage senior hire contracts, and ensure data integrity and compliance with employment laws.
