HR Advisor: Employee Relations (Hybrid, 9 Month FTC)

HeadFirst/Impellam Group is seeking an experienced HR Advisor (Employee Relations) for a 9 month fixed term contract in the UK. The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days home-based, based mainly in Manchester.

You will manage complex ER cases and provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice across multiple business areas. The ideal candidate has extensive ER experience, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and CIPD qualifications.
