HR Advisor (6-Month FTC) - People & Policy Specialist

Clinigen Group in Weybridge is seeking an experienced HR Advisor on a 6 month FTC to deliver proactive HR services within the HR Operations team. The role covers employee relations, sickness and performance cases, discipline, grievances, and flexible working requests.

You will support managers, provide employment-law guidance, assist with recruitment, payroll changes, and HR system reporting while maintaining the Staff Handbook in line with legislation and company policy.
