HR Advisor 6-Month Contract £15 - £17 Per Hour Inside IR35 Fully Remote

We're recruiting for HR Advisor who will be part of a high functioning Global HR operations team. You'll be the first point of contact for the wider HR team and business across EMEA and responsible for supporting employees with a particular focus on onboarding. This is a 6-month initial contract with high likelyhood of extension starting in late June.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of HR operations experience ideally in global environments
• Confident in managing onboarding, offboarding, and job changes independently
• Familiarity with onboarding and EMEA compliance
• Knowledge in HR policies and employment laws
• Skills in Oracle HRIS and ServiceNow for data and ticket management is a plus
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Experienced in contributing to regional and global HR projects
• Additional languages like Spanish, German, or Polish are highly beneficial
