HR Advisor

Hybrid Role 2 days in / 3 days at home

Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives on managing employee relations cases and influencing managers to achieve the right outcomes?
We're partnering with a large, values-led national organisation looking to appoint an HRAdvisor to join their growing People team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business where HR is genuinely valued and plays a key role in driving culture, performance and organisational success.
What you'll be doing:

• Managing a varied ER caseload including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance issues.
• Coaching and supporting managers on employee relations and employment law matters.
• Supporting organisational change, restructures and TUPE projects.
• Analysing people trends and helping drive proactive HR initiatives.
• Contributing to wellbeing, engagement and culture-focused projects.

What we're looking for:

• Previous HR/People Advisor experience with strong ER expertise.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience supporting TUPE and organisational change programmes.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• CIPD qualified (or working towards) desirable.
