HR Advisor (18-Month FTC) Guiding People and Policy

Gumtree is recruiting for an HR Advisor on an 18-month fixed-term contract. The role supports managers and employees across the HR life cycle, delivering practical advice and guidance with partner HR teams.

Expect involvement in ER cases, recruitment, policy development and engagement initiatives. The role involves travel to sites around 3-4 times per month; a driving licence and access to a car are required.
