HR Advisor - Hybrid, ER Specialist (Workday)

Howden Ireland seeks a motivated HR Generalist/ER professional to provide frontline HR support across the Retail division. You will work with the Head of HR and HR Business Partner, handling employee relations and general inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Hybrid pattern (2-3 days in-office) with travel within ROI and NI as needed. You will manage probation, performance, disciplinary and grievance processes, advise managers, and uphold data integrity in Workday and related systems.
