HR Advisor - Hybrid (2 WFH days)

Omega Resource Group is seeking a HR Advisor for Swindon to deliver a proactive HR service across the business. The role involves advising managers and employees on HR matters, supporting recruitment and lifecycle activities, and ensuring GDPR compliance.

The position is a 12 month FTC, hybrid setup with office-based duties and two days of home working after probation; salary £35K, 8:30am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri.
