HR Advisor - ER & Lifecycle Specialist (12m Contract)

Bucks and Berks Recruitment in High Wycombe is seeking an experienced HR Advisor on a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave. The role is office-based, Monday to Friday 8.30-5, working with managers across the business to provide expert HR advice and support throughout the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong ER experience and solid knowledge of UK employment law, with capabilities in recruitment, L&D support, HR reporting and policy implementation.
