HR Advisor - Employee Relations & Policy (Hybrid, 12m)

Babcock is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to support managers and employees on people matters and employee relations across the Staverton area near Gloucester.

You will interpret policies, handle absence, performance, and disciplinary matters, and work with HR Business Partners to drive change initiatives. The role is full-time, 37 hours, hybrid working, on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
