HR Advisor - Employee Relations & Policy Coach (Hybrid)

Apleona UK is recruiting an HR Advisor for a role based in Dublin 14 with hybrid work allowing up to three days from home. The position focuses on coaching line managers on employee relations and managing cases from probation through to disciplinary and performance issues.

The successful candidate will have a degree in HR or related fields, ideally CIPD qualified, and 3-5 years' experience in managing disciplinary, grievance and performance cases, with strong knowledge of Irish employment law.
