HR Adviser, Performance & Attendance (Hybrid)

Leicestershire County Council is seeking an experienced HR Adviser - Performance Management to strengthen attendance and performance processes across the organisation. You will support managers, intervene in complex cases, and ensure consistent application of HR policies.

Working in a hybrid setup, you'll deliver training, work with unions and senior managers, and contribute to policy development. The role requires a relevant degree or CIPD and solid HR advisory experience.
