HR Administrator (FTC - Maternity Cover)

We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our busy team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will be responsible for the end to end employee lifecycle, managing everything from offers to processing leavers and everything in between. You will support our operational teams within Merkur Slots venues and casinos.
Responsibilities- Manage the offer and onboarding process.
- Process leavers and conduct exit interviews.
- Handle right to work checks.
- Support maternity and paternity leave matters.
- Assist recruitment and HR advisory teams.
- Deliver online training to new managers.
- Produce monthly HR data reports.
- Use Workday as the HR system.
- Experience in full breadth of HR administration.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with HR systems, preferably Workday.
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
