Office Angels are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for an HR Administrator to join their busy and supportive HR team on a 3-month temporary basis in Bo'Ness.

The RoleAs HR Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the wider HR function, providing essential administrative support while gaining exposure to generalist HR activities.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries via the HR mailbox, escalating where required
- Provide day to day administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, producing reports, and note taking
- Support employee relations meetings alongside management teams
- Assist with onboarding processes, including attending inductions
- Coordinate internal HR communications across the business
- Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy at all times
- Track and report on HR KPIs, identifying trends to support decision making
- Support absence management processes, including Occupational Health referrals
- Liaise with shared service teams to resolve queries efficiently
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with competing priorities
- Confident using HR systems and handling data accurately
- A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proactive, with a willingness to suggest improvements and challenge processes
- Professional and trustworthy when handling confidential information
- Resilient, adaptable, and solutions focused
