Job Description
Full time fully remote HR Administrator - 3-6 months Review/process/manage HR ticketing software, for incoming queries Administer the full employee life cycle, ensuring processes are effective and undertaken to the highest level of accuracy. Support the recruitment and onboarding process from advertising roles to inputting new starter details into the HR and Payroll system. Ensure governance and compliance is adhered to across all activities. Act as an initial point of contact for all queries from internal and external colleagues and stakeholders. Provide appropriate advice and guidance to resolve queries effectively and efficiently. Maintaining a high level of accuracy, to provide the highest quality of service to the business. Work alongside the People & Culture team, maximising the service to our business and providing support as required. Any other HR Admin type activities as required

Ability to multitask and maintain a high workload Working/ minimal knowledge of HR Able to work under pressure and remain steady while the team goes through restructure Friendly, positive, "can-do" attitude with limited guidance Quick learner/able to pick things up with very limited induction Comfortable switching direction and priorities as business needs evolve

Your new company
Working for a very well-established waste / recycling company in the UK.
This role is full time 37.5 hours per week for 3-6 months. Fully remote - all equipment will be provided for you.
The hourly rate is £15.38 per hour.
Your new role
This is a high-volume and admin-heavy role, so we need someone who is genuinely comfortable operating at an administrative level processing tickets, managing queries, and keeping work moving at pace.
We are looking for someone who will stay focused despite shifting priorities, and remain calm and productive when things feel a bit chaotic.Essentially, someone who can hit the ground running with minimal guidance.
