As an HR Administrator you'll support cluster HR teams across our UK & Ireland portfolio, providing quality HR administrative support and assisting management with the delivery of the HR strategy. Your day to day work will include recruitment, personnel file management, policy compliance, new starter induction, learning administration, payroll query resolution, and meeting note taking.
Travel is expected once a month, with occasional overnight stays. You will also have the opportunity to work from home one day a week.
Responsibilities- Support hiring managers with end to end recruitment processes
- Maintain personnel files in compliance with company policies and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with legislation at all times
- Support delivery of new starter induction
- Use the employee app to inform teams of relevant activities and sign post information on company benefits
- Ensure learning administrative tasks are completed, e.g., keying promotions, removing leavers, and maintaining training attendance records
- Assist with payroll query resolution, ensure accurate working time records, and advise managers on payroll process changes
- Take notes during formal meetings
- Previous administrative experience with strong attention to detail
- Positive, self motivated attitude and strong organisational skills
- Ability to build rapport within the team and across clusters
- High awareness of confidentiality requirements in HR
