HR Administrator
Location: Onsite, Galway City (West side of the City). After probation you can WFH one day per week.
Type of contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours (8am to 4.30pm or 8.30am to 5pm for example)

HR Administration Job Responsibilities:
This role is part of a busy and well-established HR team in Galway City. You will be supporting the team with administration including:
- Dealing with employee HR queries
- Maintaining HR records
- Contracts of employment
- Accommodation bookings
- Expenses
- Attending career fairs
- Conducting exit interviews
What Skills You Need for this HR Administrator Job Opportunity:
Good communication skills, able to process employee information with high levels of confidentiality, excellent organisational skills, and accurate data entry skills. It would be highly beneficial if applicants have prior/current HR Admin experience.
