Hybrid HR Administrator / Strong Administrator
Temporary - 3 Months

Up to £28,000 (DOE)
We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and confident Administrator to support a busy HR team on a temporary 3 month basis.
This is a varied role suited to someone with strong administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting a busy HR function with day to day administration
- Taking accurate minutes during meetings
- Drafting and sending follow-up correspondence and letters
- Assisting with documentation linked to HR processes
- Providing general administrative support as required
We are looking for someone who is:
- A strong and confident administrator
- Experienced in minute taking and written communication
- Able to handle confidential information appropriately
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
HR experience is beneficial but not essential, we are equally open to strong administrators who are keen to develop in this area.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 1-2 days per week in the Grantham office, with the remainder working from home.
