Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator to join Ubico, with the role based in Gloucester or South Cerney.

You will play a key role in supporting a wide range of administrative activities across the employee lifecycle. This includes maintaining accurate employee records, managing personnel information, assisting with payroll-related tasks, and coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

You will be responsible for handling correspondence with managers in a professional manner, producing reports, and ensuring all HR data is accurate, complete, and up to date.

The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

As a vital member of the HR team, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient delivery of HR services, supporting the overall effectiveness of the organisation's people function.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract.

Requirements:

  • Full driving licence and own car available and insured for business use.
  • GCSEs (5 A-Cs or equivalent, including Maths and English).
  • Ability to work as part of a team and deal with customers, colleagues, and management in a courteous, helpful and friendly manner.
  • Good level of IT skills - MS OfficeExperience in office environment or a similar/related role.
  • A BPSS check will be carried out with the successful candidate.
