Job Description
  • HR Administrator (3-Month Contract Full-Time)
  • Glasgow (Hybrid - 2-3 days in office)

We're looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our team on a 3-month contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and delivering high-quality HR support.

What you'll be doing:
  • Producing HR letters and documentation with a high level of accuracy
  • Maintaining and updating HR systems
  • Supporting day-to-day HR administrative processes
  • Managing and prioritising tasks through a CRM-based workflow system (training provided)
  • Working with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations
What we're looking for:
  • Proven HR administration experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience producing HR correspondence
  • Familiarity with HR systems (Oracle or similar desirable)
  • Working knowledge of Excel and SharePoint
  • Ability to manage workload and priorities effectively

  • Full-time hours
  • Hybrid working (2-3 days in the Glasgow office)
