Housing Support Specialist - Tenancy & Independence

One to One Personnel Limited is looking for a Specialist Housing Support Worker in Southend. You will manage a caseload of adults with complex needs, focusing on tenancy sustainment, homelessness prevention, wellbeing and independence through person-centred support.

The role requires experience in risk assessment, support planning and close collaboration with housing, health and voluntary sector partners. A driving licence and DBS check may be needed for this role.
