Job Description

Rethink Mental Illness is seeking a Service Manager - Housing in Wells, Somerset. This full-time role (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) leads teams across Keward House, Burcott Road and Mendip Outreach Service, delivering safe, person-centred housing support for adults with mental health needs.

The post requires a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle and business motor insurance. Experience in managing supported housing, safeguarding, compliance and contract delivery is
