Housing Repairs & Refurbishment Specialist

Mears Group is seeking a General Operative to join our housing repairs team. You will perform a range of repairs and refurbishments to housing properties, delivering high-quality service while meeting safety, quality, and cost standards.

You will work with a team of operatives, use a handheld PDA for task updates, and manage materials per stock procedures. A full UK driving licence is required to drive company vehicles.
