Housing Officer: Tenancy, ASB & Estate Management

Ackerman Pierce is recruiting for a Housing Officer to join a busy Local Authority housing service in Redbridge. You'll manage a patch of properties, dealing with tenancy management, ASB, safeguarding and resident concerns.

This temporary ongoing contract offers 36 hours per week, a rate of £25.71 per hour, and the chance to contribute to delivery across estates while working with legal services and partner agencies. You'll also carry out estate inspections and support vulnerable residents.
