Housing Officer (Temp) - Build Safe, Connected Communities

RGB Recruitment in Plymouth is seeking a Housing Officer on a temporary two-month contract. The role covers Plymouth and South Hams, is full-time at 37 hours per week, paid £20.75 per hour, Monday to Friday, with potential extension.

You will manage a portfolio of tenancies, handle sign-ups, viewings and management visits, address tenancy breaches and support safeguarding cases, and work with residents to foster safe communities.
