We're looking for an experienced Housing Officer to manage a patch across Plymouth & South Hams.

You'll be responsible for:

• Tenancy & housing management
• Customer queries and tenancy enquiries
• Tenancy sign-ups & viewings
• Tenancy breaches & safeguarding
• Estate/community standards
• Resident engagement
• Working with internal teams & external partners

Essential:

Social housing experience
Tenancy, estate & housing management experience
CIH Level 4 or willing to work towards
Full UK driving licence + access to a vehicle
Strong customer service & organisational skills
Basic DBS required
Right to work in the UK for the full contract
