Housing Income Management Lead - Hybrid & Development

Ipswich Borough Council is seeking a Neighbourhood Team Manager within the Tenancy Services Team to lead the Income Management service, ensuring tenants receive excellent services while living in their homes.

You will manage a frontline Housing Officers team, drive professionalism and align delivery with Housing Regulatory Standards. The role involves engaging tenants, stakeholders, and statutory partners, including Police and Health Services, with a hybrid working arrangement.
