Housing Income & Tenancy Officer - Temporary Accommodation

Leicester Bus Partnership is seeking a dedicated Housing Benefits Officer to work hybrid from home and Leicester offices. You will manage rent accounts for homeless households in temporary accommodation, collecting charges, recovering arrears and advising on affordable repayments.

You will monitor Housing Benefit and Universal Credit claims, conduct affordability assessments, and provide income maximisation support to sustain tenancies.
