Housing First Property Coordinator

Dublin Simon Community is seeking a Property Officer to ensure Housing First properties are ready, well managed, and sustainable for clients in Dublin City Centre. You will oversee readiness, tenancy processes, and landlord coordination, collaborating with Intake and ICM teams to meet client needs.

The role emphasizes safeguarding tenancies, prompt issue resolution, and ensuring value for money for clients and stakeholders. A full-time, permanent contract with standard hours applies.
