Job Description- Handle a caseload of housing disrepair claims from inception to resolution.
- Provide advice and guidance on housing disrepair matters to clients.
- Draft and review documents, including statements of case and witness statements.
- Conduct negotiations and settlements with landlords or their representatives.
- Attend court hearings and represent clients when required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Stay informed on housing disrepair legislation and developments.
