Housing Care Advisor - Hybrid (21h/wk) + Pension

Almond is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to join the Housing Management Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves supporting customers by telephone, email and face-to-face, helping them to enjoy and sustain their homes.

You will be at the heart of the customer experience, listening with empathy and providing practical solutions while working with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer journey. The position is in Livingston with hybrid working and 21 hours per week.
