Housing & Independence Support Officer

Service Care Solutions Ltd in Oxford is recruiting a Support Officer to join a leading housing association on a 12 month fixed-term contract. You will help vulnerable adults develop skills to maintain independence and sustain tenancies in supported accommodation.

Key duties include safeguarding, completing care plans and risk assessments, and liaising with health professionals and external agencies. Enhanced DBS is required.
